工作原理(標準動作)
上面的示意圖表明,雙動作執行機構的扭矩值在整個行程中始終保持恒定。用戶可根據其具體要求,參考以下內容選定合適的執行機構型號:
1.明確所操作閥門的較大扭矩值;
2.扭矩值加大25%一50%設定系數(具體視閥門類型及工藝條件);
3.根據提供的扭矩值參閱扭矩表及相應的氣壓值.得到的扭矩值應等于或是超出所提供的扭矩值;
4.扭矩值被確定下來后,水平移動至“型號”欄,找到所需的執行機構型號即可。
上面的示意圖,彈簧復位執行機構的扭矩不是恒定不變的而是逐漸降低的。主要原因在于彈簧在空氣行程階段因活塞運動而被壓縮,同時積累在運動轉換過程中以不斷遞減的方式獲得的能量。執行機構扭矩按以下四種基本值定義;
空氣行程:開始:彈簧釋放狀態下的執行機構扭矩 結束:彈簧壓縮狀態下的執行機構扭矩
彈簧行程:開始:彈簧壓縮時扭矩 結束:彈簧釋放狀態時扭矩
用戶可根據其具體要求,參考以下內容選定合適的執行機構型號:
